      Package Overview

      Hampi is one of the most majestic destinations in the world. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, of ancient monuments and ruins. Located among granite boulders, marvels at Hampi include water structures, ancient market complex, beautifully carved temples, chariot shrines, elephant stables, hill and riverside monuments among others.

      Itinerary

      Day 1 - Bangalore to Mysore by Road (160 kms / 3 to 4 hours)

      Arrive into Bangalore and proceed to Mysore . En-route; take a visit to Srirangapatnam with its summer palace called Daria Daulat Bagh .

      Outside glimpse of Ranganathaswamy Temple and continue driving to Mysore. Arrive at Mysore and check in at the hotel. Remaining day at leisure till 5 pm .

      Spend the evening at Brindavan Garden widely famous for amazing musical fountains with Light and Sound Effects. Overnight stay at Mysore .

      Day 2 - Mysore

      After breakfast proceed Tour the The Government Sandalwood Oil Factory 9 30 to 11 am and get to know how this oil is used to make soaps.

      Visit the Sri Chamarajendra Zoological Gardens

      Return to the Hotel after lunch.

      At 3 pm, you would proceed for the sightseeing tour visiting the famous Mysore Palace. Witness the spectacular Sound and Light Show at the Palace. Palace closes at 5 30 pm.

      Return to your hotel and spend the evening at leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Mysore.

      Day 3 - Bangalore Sightseeing

      Check out from Mysore Hotel by 9 am and proceed to Bangalore. During the sightseeing, you would visit some of the most famous attractions of the city including Lalbagh Garden, Vidhan Soudha, Bangalore Palace. Post sightseeing, Shopping (if time permits). Overnight stay at Bangalore.

      Day 4 - Bangalore to Hampi ( 7.5 hours )

      Route Map: Bangalore → Chitradurga → Hospet → Hampi

      This route will take approximately seven and a half hours on NH 48 and NH 50, a distance of about 360 kilometres. This is a popular route for most road trippers.

      Chitradurga Fort: Built in a series of seven fortification walls; thus the name ‘Seven Circles Fort’. It also has eighteen temples.

      Tungabhadra Dam: This dam is worth stopping by for its spectacular views through its watchtower and its aesthetic beauty.

      Vijayshree Village: Right before reaching Hampi, you can visit this heritage Rajasthani style village, for a little bit of a culture mash-up.

      Arrive at Hampi . Check-in at Hotel . Dinner .

      Day 5 - Excursion Trip to Hampi (7HRS One way)

      Following the defeat of the glorious Vijayanagara empire, the army of the Sultanates plundered the beautiful city of Hampi and reduced it to ruins, in which it still remains.
      This Hampi tour will take you to three prominent attractions of Hampi. First visit the Lotus Mahal, known for its lotus like structure. This Mahal has a great history about which our guide will tell you. After this, head to Vithala Temple Complex, the largest temple in Hampi. It is located near the banks of the River Tungabhadra. Finally, move to Elephant Stables. Here royal elephants of the Vijayanagara Empire used to find their shelter.

      • 9 am to 1 pm History of Hampi . understanding the design and architecture of the temple city
      • 1 pm – 4 pm Lunch and relaxation
      • 4pm to 5 pm Basics of photography
      • 5 30pm to 7 pm Golden Hour Photowalk at the mesmerizing Hemakunta Hill that is the home for many temple ruins . Children will learn to shoot them in Golden Sunset Lighting.

      Day 6 - Check out

      After an early breakfast , check out from the hotel and proceed to Bangalore . Board the evening flight back to your hometown .
